Bookings can be made via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. Booking confirmations will be sent to your e-mail address.
The total amount must be paid at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, bank transfers and other payment methods.
Changes to your booking are possible up to 24 hours before departure, subject to vehicle availability.
Our cancellation conditions apply to all cancellations (see relevant section).
Passengers are obliged to behave appropriately during the journey. Smoking is prohibited, as is the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings of passengers or for delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
We reserve the right to cancel trips in the event of force majeure such as weather conditions, accidents or other unforeseen events.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Vienna.
