1. Booking:
Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. Booking confirmations will be sent to your email address.
2. Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods.
3. Changes to Booking:
Changes to your booking are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip, subject to vehicle availability.
4. Cancellation:
All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see relevant section).
5. Passenger Responsibilities:
Passengers are required to behave appropriately during the ride. Smoking is prohibited, as is the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances.
6. Liability:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings of passengers, or for delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
7. Force Majeure:
We reserve the right to cancel trips in case of force majeure circumstances such as weather conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court of Vienna.
